First day of classes 9 am​

Chartreuse had ruled Winifred Edgerton Merrill for over 2 years not a person would question her right to rule. She was in charge of over 20 girls all with records nearly as long as her own it was a sweat life. Until that girl showed up with her sweet smile she was a dime store find that was as common as grass.

Only she had been more like gum she started to follow her around, changing her schedule or eating lunch at the same time. She was Chartreuse’ first and only stalker and to make matters worse she had it out for Chartreuse. Not in the normal way Chartreuse had her share of enemies this dim bulb wanted her. Chartreuse had never gone for the girl thing not that she had much experience with guys.

She did not try to change her and would not leave short of being put into the hospitable so she agreed to be her secret friend. She never adding anything onto that but things grew from there like a plague. There was the hand holding the kisses on the cheek it was enough to make the tough woman ill.

Yet she came back the third year nothing much had changed it was hard to believe that she had not yet shook her loose. Moths away had done nothing to dissuade the woman if anything it had only gotten worse.

Chartreuse broke rules because she could get away with it; it was not a cry for help not an attempt to gain any guys attention. As long as she could remember she had been a bully someone who like to hurt people to see then squirm. At a small school like Winifred Edgerton Merrill she was the big dog, or in her case cat. Nothing would have stood out if not for the fact that she had a secret best friend a blood sister. The girl was nothing like her meek, intelligent and kind she was the absolute opposite of Chartreuse.

Chartreuse carried an umbrella where ever she went rain or shine if the cops ever got there greasy fingers on it they might finally solve a few cases. “Who told you I was a dyke” she asks the handle around the boy’s throat. Two of her girls held him tight as she raised the umbrella and brought it down hard on his neck. The boy let out a weak murmur slumping into her girl’s arms before he was dragged off.

The day was young and already rumors were going around she had a girlfriend that had to stop now. “Actually it’s a girl spreading them claiming that she is you’re girlfriend a teachers ad to Mr. Black”.

Winifred Merrill was a small school nut fully half the student body had a parent with at least a million in cash. It was one of the most exclusive schools on the east coast and one of the best kept secrets in the wasp community.

“Let me handle this I but kill the rumor if I hear about it tomorrow ill have you’re head in his place”. Chartreuse took shit from no one not teachers not students she was a force of nature alpha of a school of 1,000 students and faculty. Now all she had to do was to get her best friend to shut her pie hole.
She knew exactly were to find her, it should be an easy to she hated sunshine flowers and puppies what was it.

What was it about her that made the tough thug weak in her knees and her stomach queasy? The girl was like kryptonite she made her week and sappy all at the same time it was sickening. She barged into the teachers office knowing only she would be there. Instead she found a hand written note.

By now you know that I have started a rumor
Well not a rumor we both know its true
Meet me outside at midnight
I promise it will be over one way or another
Come alone or don’t come at all
Signed you’re former secret friend

She read the note a few more times then burned it tossing the flaming note into the metal trash can before leaving the office. If that how she wanted to play it then she would play along she could never loose.

First day of classes 11 30 PM​

It took a while to get through classes even though it was the begging of the year. She had to break a few appointments instead of ribs but she was preoccupied anyway. She threw off her cloths dressing into something more comfortable. She was mad enough to chew lass how dare she do this to her.

The first thing she found was a photo copy of them kissing they were falling like snowflakes out a window. She spent 20 minutes picking them up before she gave up and entered the school the lock already removed.

“I swear if you print another copy I won’t be responsible for my actions” she warned charging up the stairs. The room was empty with the copy machine printing copy after copy of the steamy picture.

She unplugged the machine and walked over to the window her friend’s car was parked in the teachers parking area. “I am coming for you come out now and ill go easy on you”.
