I wrote a story similar to this, but in my story, it was about a lady whose husband had died and she did not want to be lonely. In her grief-stricken mind, a child would prevent her from being lonely by being a mom.
In her case she made business cards that said nothing but, "Sex: No Questions Asked".
She would see men in various places like on the train on the way home, see no wedding band, and then slip the man the card quietly, nonchalantly. They would read it, and then out of nowhere they would whisk her away to some private place and have sex.
One man did this, but it grew on him as to why, and followed her back to her apartment where she admitted why. It ends with him having sex with her, but then hands her a morning-after pill.
The final scene is her contemplating her taking it, but she flicks the pill into the garbage (She wants a baby. She does not want to be alone).
The Title "Blink Twice if its Consent" could be written similar. In one scene, she is taken into an abandoned subway tunnel, and the man produces a condom, and she says, "You're still asking, you are just using your eyes!"
This story could have a woman in various bondage situations with a gag in her mouth perhaps, only the man tosses a unwrapped condom on her chest, or where she can see it, and says, "Blink twice if this is consensual". Maybe she blinks twice...but wait..what if she only blinks once, but...with story telling, its fun to be bold. (Just have it end where she blinks twice so it is always consensual sex and protection).
