I've recently starting clamping my nipples with pegs. It feels wonderfully amazing both on my nipples and the wetness it produces at the same time. It hurts and is painful but it's the best kind of pain.

I don't do it all the time but have noticed that one nipple tends to bleed a little when I do it. Is it just getting used to it or do I need to stop? It's not a lot of blood at all, very minimal, but I don't want to damage my nipples. I also like the sensation it gives me though.

Thoughts?

This thread on nipple clamping etc from the BDSM library may have some useful information in it.

In general I would suggest that if your nipple is bleeding you are clamping too hard and or too long. Allow your nipple to heal and start again a little more slowly.

The other thing is that bleeding nipples may be a sign of other kinds of breast pathology and may warrant a visit to your physician to be sure that there is nothing medically wrong with you. Better safe than sorry. Really. Get it checked out if you have any question at all.

I 100% agree with what cascadiabound said, ease off and space out how often you do this.

Outside of blood play ( which takes a lot of practice and care ), bleeding is not a desired result of most activities. You could potentially damage your nerve endings or risk an infection, the nicest product of which being a loss of sensation. Be safe and give yourself time to heal, also maybe switch to clamps with a bit less pressure.

You can buy bottles of liquid (like nail polish) that form a thin plastic film on your skin when it dries. The Nexcare one smells like tea tree oil.
