That's one of those questions that needs a third answer. I DO plan my haircuts, but I only get (max) two a year! ANd I plan them not for time but for when I decide my hair gets shaggy looking. Once I get to the "shaggy" stage, I get a haircut. My hair is long enough that "shaggy" is something only I can see.
