Blatant Violations of the School Dress Code

I'd love to see a story where a guy is, as is a common habit for him, looking at a girl's crotch to see if he can spot the skirt. The girl catches him and embarasses the hell out of him by asking him why he's staring at her crotch. He admits he was staring to see if he could spot a skirt. She responds by saying she isn't wearing one. The guy is shocked that his suspicions of pantless women have been comfirmed. Still, she goes a step further and whispers that she isn't wearing any panties, either.

The real life inspiration for this idea is from me at one point noticing that skirts were so short, you frequently couldn't see them under the shirt. This lead to me frequently staring at girl's crotches to see if they were even wearing a skirt at all (they always were). This was more a from curiousity than from lust*, though I have to wonder what such girls were thinking if they noticed my staring. Anyhow, I've often thought that a women might be able to get away with wearing only a shirt (i.e. no skirt or panties) without anyone even catching on.

*I was only in middle school. This idea would probably have to be written with a high school senior. This is just as well; staring at crotches with lustful thoughts makes for more erotic reading than pure curiousity.

I worked several times recently at a large, famous, catholic high school. Makes me wish I was young again, and Catholic! lol Nice little uniforms.

Also, I saw a girl wearing a mini-skirt and other revealing clothing, riding a skateboard in a local downtown area! She could have been anywhere from 16 to 21, hard to tell. Hot girl.

I've thought of writing stories based on this but they, or other similar things, seem to be "Moments" or sentences, and hard to do a story about.
Maybe a story about a girl who does this constantly, attracting all the cock she could ever want?

Seriously, they actually lay out boys in pants or shorts, girls in skirts, both with underwear. OK, notice they say underwear, so you could wear a g string and be in the limits so long as you don't show off lips, they go on to say nothing of a sexual nature, so of course crotchless is out, and sheer.

There are however fun ways to edge that line if you were wanting to do a big long tease story.
