For this one I took my time, because I liked her nose and lips, which gave her an ethnic look.

I duplicated my original layer, and the desaturated the copy. I then made two more copies of the desaturated layer. I use the High Pass filter on the top layer. On that same layer I adjusted the threshold to outline the hard lines. I then made change that layer from normal to mutiply, to make the light (white) areas transparent. I went down to the next layer and used the graphic pen filter on it. I changed it too from normal to muptilpy. Then I went down to my last desaturated layer and adjusted the levels on it. This is for the shading.

For the most part you make adjustments to what looks good to you, but there are some basic ranges:

High Pass - 2.5
Threshold - 124 to 128
