The one that always made me smile and shake my head in incredulity was those morons that chained the black guy to the back of their truck and dragged him to his death. What would an "enhanced death penalty" look like?

The governor, George W. Bush, signed off on the death penalty for the perps, but the left was outraged that he would not sanction a second (costly) trial for hate crimes and another death penalty. It is as if they wanted an execution, a revival, and then another execution.

Hate crime is not a real crime, it is yet another political solution looking for a problem.
