My husband Henry is the station manager of the small local cable news station where I'm the weather reporter. I tend to ignore the resentment from Dale Evens - the senior news anchor and from Bryce Banner - the smug sports reporter who both think my husband hired me because I'm his sexy wife.
The news program's ratings are very low (except for my weather segments) and Henry is under pressure to bring up the newscast's viewership. To add to Henry's stress, he's learned there will be two network executives due to visit sometime during the week to watch the news program. I'm surprised when Henry suggests to me that for the upcoming week, I wear outfits that are "a little sexier." I know how important the cable station is to Henry (and yes, I will admit that the idea of being seen looking my best by the two visiting executives and being hired for their prime time network newscast) so I agree to start wearing sexier outfits at the beginning of the next week.
