This line supposes that the “Cowboy” understands the couple’s dynamics.
The question is not entirely complete as there is no way to evaluate the cowboys reaction given we know so little about the couple and the bar they are in.
If you are at “cheers”, chances are, I would be highly offended by that! If however you are at an establishment named “Rodeo Swing” that caters to special kinks, you happen to be in the “cuck room” with other couples where a single man appears, there is more room to maneuver the possibilities.
