Good morning, everyone...

It is going to be another beautiful day here in Woodbury, CT. I want to play hooky from work but can't... Tomorrow I have Jury Duty and can never seem to get out of that either. I have been called to jury duty a minimum of seven times. While many people I talk to have never been or been once. Once again this government can't even get a simple thing like jury duty selection straight...

Another reminder about Super Sunday motorcycle show at the Connecticut Expo Center this Sunday, Oct. 1st. Time 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

...Thanx jaded, she is indeed much better, her mother picked her up from the hospital this afternoon, not sure if she was happier to get out, or to come home to her new youngen...but I think her daughter is already papaws girl...
...Been a miserable day here, I drove the truck to work even, and it has to be bad for me to do that. We had a bad storm pass thru 'bout lunch, even had hail, that was pilin' up on the roads.
...Did get my hay rolled yesterday, and hopin' to cut the last of it, and be done with it this weekend...wanted to get in some ridin' soon....

It's absolutely great that you have your baby home and feeling better. As a Dad I now how concerned you must have been. OK, Grandpa it's time to get Grandpa'ing... Very happy to hear everyone is doing well!

Tomorrow is going to be a rainy day which I don't care about because I have jury duty. However it looks like another rainy week end again for me which sucks and I don't mean in a good way... I'm still going to Super Sunday but will take the van.

We have a break in the rain here in Connecticut. They are predicting a clear cold night tonight in my area with a possibility of frost. I have to cover my herb garden and bring in my hanging flowers.

Good afternoon, everyone....

It's a damp raw day here in the little town of Woodbury, CT. It was chilly this morning. Slept in until 7:30 am this morning (which is late for me unless theres a lady in bed with me... ) and it was 37 degrees when I got up... Went from summer to winter what the hell happened to the fall...

I did some house work today and some grocery shopping. I have a friend coming over to go with me to Super Sunday tomorrow. I am cooking tonight and making chicken breasts out on the charcoal grill. I have them marinating in a garlic, wine, and herb marinate. Along with this I was going to do baked potatoes and pea / carrots. There will be plenty of sweet unsalted butter, sour cream with chives and cranberry jelly.... No one ever leaves my table hungry...

I did get to work on my bike a bit today since it was showering of and on today. My bike has foot boards on it. As a part of the assembly there was a heel/toe shifter. Some of you guys and gals may be used to them but I can't get used to it. It seemed like there was just to much play in the set up and I was always searching for a gear. Today I took it off. I kept the lever and bolt that held it to the bracket in case I want to put it back on. Haven't tried it with out the lever were in the middle of a shower... But recently it always seems to be raining here when I'm off from work...

....was thinkin' a mornin' ride for breakfast, but a storm came thru here last nite, woke me up, and is still lingering this morning. Figures, soon as I get my hay cut, a monsoon sets in....
....I like the floorboards jaded, altho I have never had any, too fond of 'playin' in the corners, have always stuck with the regular toe shifter, did just replace the seal on mine, and that was a 'booger' to get to...
....Hope ya have a good time at the bike show...I always enjoy chekin' out the bikes...and the women...

Super Sunday, October 1st, 2006.....

Good morning, Everyone....

It's raining and damp there for it must be the weekend... It seems that when every I get free time lately it rains. I just can't win...

We I am getting ready to make a nice blueberry pancake breakfast including a freshly ground pot of Dunkin Donuts coffee and ice cold orange juice. I like to add a bit of cinnamon to the pancake batter. Then add blueberries last. I have lots of sweet creamy unsalted butter and maple syrup. Wasn't in the mood for sausage this morning.

Looks like my lady friend is going to back out of attending the show with me. We meet recently but I keep getting this gut feeling that she is hiding something from me. We have known one another for about 3 to 4 weeks. Are sex lives together is incredible. But that seems to be about it. She tells me she is divorced and I believe her. However, I seem to sense another guy in the picture that may be dead in bed. I have opened up exploration of her sexuality a lot. She seems to enjoy being treated as my nasty girl... But not very reliable. Any ladies look'n for a single male with sandy blond hair. blue eyes, 6 foot 2 inches, tall, and 200lb athletic build... A gal that knows how to treat her man right...

Well it's off to make breakfast, then to get ready to attend the (alone... ) show. Wanna wish everybody a super great Sunday...

...sounds like a good breakfast there jaded 1, like I said, was wantin' a breakfast ride, but so foggy here, it feels like rain. This after the thunderstorm last nite/this mornin'.
...I wanted to get away for a weekend ride, but am sure now with the new youngen, if i do go, it'll be alone. I have a long weekend next week, am thinkin' perhaps a run south.
...Was thinkin' a ride down to the 'dragon', but ol' man weather is not cooperating at all...heres hopin ya have a great day, checkin' out the bikes...and hope others are more fortunate, and are able to get out an ride...

Good morning, everyone...

I am sitting here with a nice hot cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee. The fog is giving way to a sunny day. Temperature's in the 80's today. I am taking today off to get more scraping done on the house today. We are not going to see many more warm days and I do want to finish repainting the house before the cold weather sets in.

Super Sunday was good. But the rain seemed to scare away the crowds or possible the poor economy. Of course the are always the very sexy Biker ladies at the shows shown off there goods. Nothing like eye candy when walking around.

I do hope everyone is having a good week so far. After today the weather is supposed to get cold. I can't believe they are predicting another rainy week end this week. I am hoping that the weather will can by then.

Snake1500 sounds like you and I seem to live in a similar weather pattern...

....hello everyone, also took off early here jaded...finished rollin' my hay, now only have to get it hauled in, in the next few days...givin' more weather movin' in tonite/tomorrow...so will probably be the weekend, gettin' it in the dry...
....I have the day off friday...early dentist app...so intend to get some seroius ridin' time in...Not sure who need its more...me or 'G'...
....Figure i can suffer thru one more day....hope everyone has a great Thursday....Friday for me... ....if anyone else can get away...would enjoy the company...always 'game' for a good ride...

Heavy rains came through last night and the temperatures took a noise dive. Yes folks fall is here. We have approximately two more weeks until this area hit peak foliage season...

I am taking Friday off this week also Snake1500. However I have to finish scraping the last section of the house this week end. With all the rain we had on my days off put me behind schedule to complete repainting the place. I am hoping for a couple of Indian summer week ends to finish before winter settles in.

I am probably going to have a couple cook outs for thread next year and want the place to look decent...

Woohoo it's the weekend.... Well Snake I do hope it was a nice day their by you and you got to get your riding in...

I was a very windy and chilly day here. I go up early this morning started the day off with a nice breakfast. Then did a little running around that needed to get done. Now in all honesty I was real going to scrap the house this afternoon. I received a phone call from my lady in her sexiest voice informing me that she was in the mood. Now even though there is snow on the roof there is still extreme passion and fire below... I just can't seem to turn down a beautiful woman. Her delicious body was my playground 5 hours this afternoon. After we went out for dinner. She went home because she and I have work tomorrow. She knew had she had stayed neither of us would have slept tonight... God I love intelligent women. I would have thought with the small head... Let me tell ya I will not be able to be bitch tomorrow if I tried. That special lady left this olé tomcat purrrr'n and visa versa... It was a win/win afternoon.

...I got in a perty good ride yesterday, altho it stayed cool, an the sun never did really come out...Ya know how it is...a day ridin'...is still better then ANY good day at work....
...I have all my hay hauled in now...done for the season, it seems...sippin' on some fine Ky. whiskey now, so travelin' is outta the question...altho i have been known to go visitin', on the 4-wheeler...

Good morning, everyone....

Burrr it's another chilly morning here in the little town of Woodbury, CT. I had a reading of 41 degrees this morning....

Had a small accident at work yesterday when a new fork lift operator in a hurry back up into a stack of empty pallets causing them to topple. I got hit from behind by one in the back. No open gashes but some bruises and very tender. This is going to be a sitting in the easy chair with a heating pad for me day... I have to be to work tomorrow. I was covering for a co worker on vacation this last Saturday. I don't normally work on Saturdays. I am trying to avoid popping pain pills because I hate that drugged up feeling. Only good thing is my Giants are playing this afternoon... I have a large bag of chicken wings and the ability to make great spicy buffalo chicken wings. The bottom of the refrig is loaded with ice cold long necks. At least it gets me a day of from scraping down the house. It is supposed to be beautiful this afternoon. Would have been a great day to get some painting done. I just don't trust myself going up and down a extension ladder today...

It's kinda late in season for a cook out but I am definitely going to have a couple next year for are little Biker thread...

Go Giants. Even though I am in DC....LOL. Would not go out to the local sports bar and yell that too loud. Huge Eli Manning fan here. He was at Ole Miss while I was there for grad school and even stayed in the dorm I managed during two-a-days.

...Good mornin' fellow riders...was 46 degrees here in the western tip of va. this mornin'....but the suns out, and lookin' like its gonna be a beautiful day...
...hate to hear 'bout your accident jaded, but at least ya weren't hurt too bad..Am sure you'll be ready for the work week. I do have an extra day on ya, if ya hafta go in Monday, holiday for me..
...Wife and youngen went to Lowes yesterday, and picked up a gas heater, so looks like I'm gonna be installing all that in the next day or so. We normally burn wood, but figured this would be good for quick heat for the lil' lady, thats now in the house.
...Sounds like you are ready for game day, layed in here last nite myself, watchin' college football, and sippin' on some good bourbon.
...perty kewl that Eli was there while ya were doc, I watched his brother peyton play at tenn., and still enjoy watchin' him in Indy. I am a Jets fan myself, have been since I was a youngen, and the days of "broadway Joe"...

Yeah I liked Peyton until I met him. Rude SOB he was. And of all the times I saw him he smelled like alcohol each time. He and the family came down to see Eli quite often. Archie though, what a wonderful guy. Cooper was great too. You know they say Cooper was the best of the 4 of them, although not a q-back, before he had to quit because of spinal stenosis.
