Not sure if this is the correct thread for this but I have a question hoping lit can answer. This is going to sound like I'm bragging but I'm honestly not. When I was younger I head muscle defect problems until I was 13, I had to take pills to help my body grow, this also made my penis grow to an above average size. Your first step should be to see a physician or better yet a urologist.
