Oh, my. Someone's insurance rates are going up. Probably *ours,* since it couldn't possibly be some rich person's fault.

That's quite a wreck. I bet a couple of body shops are going to be paying out some nice bonuses when all these cars are put back together.

Being a lover of fast and well tuned cars, I came across this news article and cringed. While nobody was injured very seriously, it is sad to see such fast, well tuned, pretty and expensive cars end up so. :(

Eight Ferraris, three Mercedes-Benzes, a Lamborghini and two other vehicles were involved in the pile-up.

Here's pictures of the scene, if you can stand the carnage.

Here's the article the pictures go with.

On the plus side for people who own whole ones still it means that there is one less of those models which for rare cars can make the value go up slightly.

After studying the whole picture thing, it's just different angles of these two cars. There were quite a few other cars just up the street. You can even see them in one picture of the two. What's so damn special about these two cars that they didn't take pictures of any of the others. There's a white one, a black one, and a couple more red ones up the street.

Maybe one of those two is suspected of causing the whole thing. The article said one hit the railing and spun around. So, I say it's the one facing the wrong way that's at fault. And he has damage on all sides. All of the others are at least still facing the correct way.
