~October, 1962. The "Cuban Missile Crisis" President Kennedy made a deal with the soviets to remove their missiles from Cuba in exchange that the U.S.'s Jupiter IBM's were disbanded from Turkey. That was the ground story to ease the minds of the masses. The truth, however, is that the Soviet government wanted another thing in return. A man named Nikoli Stepanovich Sokolov.~

~Sokolov was head of the design team for Russia's missiel program. He just so happened to be working on a new type of weapon that was un-known to the UN. A form of tank if you will, one outfieted with the capability to launch long range nuclear devices from any point within Soviet soil. A sort of "metal gear" if you will.~

~Apon hearing about the new weapon, the United States government turned to us, Foxhound. We have been given two objectives: One, make contact with one of our two agents working with the Soviets. Their codenames are ADAM, and EVA. After reaching contact with one, or prefebly both of them, you will poside to extracate Socolov from Soviet territory.~

~This as far as we can take you. Right now even our presence in Russian air-space is in direct violation of our piece treaty. We will, however, be able to give you radio support for this mission.~

"Is that all major?"

~Yes. Oh, and one more thing, we beilieve that our transmissions may be monitored, so we will refer to ourselfs in code.~

"Ok, then what name do you have for me."

~Naked Snake.~

"Naked Snake?"

~Yes. Weapons and provisions are precure on sight. We will not provide you with any direct help. If the Kremlin gets word of even a single spent round that was not produced in Russia our plan is a failure. So in essence, you are going in completley naked. And as for Snake? Your partners are ADAM and EVA. Just try not to tempt them.~

"Verry funny."

With that, Snake turned his radio off and hid himself behind a tree. Looks like this is going to be harder than I thought. He pulled out his survival knife and began to stalk through out the thick bushes as he thried to work off a kink that he got from his less than smooth paraschute dive into the dense jungle of Groznji-Grad

I'm looking for someone to play as Eva. I'll be both Snake and Adam. PM me if your up for it.

*CHA-CHIK*

A normal human wouldn't have heard that. But this man stopped. He knew he was caught. She liked when they knew they were caught. The most unforeseeable tended to happen, and sometimes, it was funny to watch.

This man was not funny. This man knew perfectly that he was caught, and that he was as good as dead. What would he do? Would he surrender? Would he run? Would he... oh... drop dead? The possibilities!

"Good morning, mister CIA!" He looked straight up, and to his right. Oh, quite attractive! He had that kind of "handsome caveman" thing going on. He could most surely see the small glass reflect some of the sun's light. If she had wanted to, she would have made herself completely invisible. But this one time, she was supposed to cooperate.

"What brings you here, so early in the morning, mister CIA?!"

Snake stalked throughout the bushes, looking for any sign that his desent had been tracked when he paused. *CHA-CHIK* That wasn't a natural sound... He turned his head furiously from side to side, his knife at the ready just in case he had to

"Good morning, mister CIA!"

He snaped his head straight up and to the side to see a faint glare shining from the canopy of trees. He took a step backwards and readied himself for an asault.

"What brings you here, so early in the morning, mister CIA?!"

"Who are you?" He asked in his gruff voice. Could this be.. Snake was reluctant to give the password that he had to recite to ADAM or EVA, less this be a trap. "How did you find me?"

Oooooh, and a manly voice to boot. I bet he's a real winner in the USA. She grinned, aiming through the scope of her rifle.

"You were pretty easy to find! Specially when you choose a good observation post! As for who I am... you could say... I am a friend of the Patriots... You wouldn't happen to know them, would you?"

She took a deep breath, and steadied herself against the tree's trunk, remaining motionless. She heard her own heartbeats, as the crosshairs moved up to the man's neck.

"Who are the Patriots?"

Snake fixed his gaze on the slight sliver of light that trained on him.

"You were pretty easy to find! Specially when you choose a good observation post!"

I must be sliping to be found so fast.

As for who I am... you could say... I am a friend of the Patriots... You wouldn't happen to know them, would you?
Who are the Patriots?"

Who are the Patriots? this must be one of my contacts but that voice. It can't be ADAM...

"The La-Le-Lu-Le-Lo!" Snake yelled out to his stalker."By the sound of your voice, I can tell you're not a man. EVA?"

EVA hissed to herself. The damn fool revealed details too easily. There weren't that many women in the mountains, not in a military zone like this. And the patrol was coming closer. At least he proved to be an ally.

"I would suggest you keep certain details secret when talking in the jungle. There are many ears listening."

Ah, but you said he was CIA, and yelled it out, didn't you? A dangerous slip of the tongue, wasn't it?

"Listen, there is a patrol coming close. Five men, AK-74s, shotguns, grenades, one radio. I dare say you will find this useful..."

EVA grabbed the parcel resting under her butt, and jumped off the tree, leaving the rifle on its place. She landed deftly on the floor, and nimbly walked among the roots of the trees. She pushed a branch aside, revealing her face to the man. She wore a yellow field-suit, with the zipper down to her belly, revealing some cleavage, which turned out to be sutrprising effective on most occassions.

She stopped in front of the man, after walking rather seductively the last few steps, and extended her hand holding the parcel.

"What do you say we find out more about each other in a more intimate place, hmmm? Unless you would like to discuss something more... kinky with those approaching Russkies."

"Listen, there is a patrol coming close. Five men, AK-74s, shotguns, grenades, one radio. I dare say you will find this useful..."

Snake slunk down low to the ground as EVA informed him about the coming patrol. Maybe she can be useful. When he heard the barely auitable sound of bushes being rustled, Snake crawled along his belly into a thatch of tall grass, knife at the ready.

He saw the form of a female wearing a tight fitting yellow jump suit with the zipper hanging just below her belly button. Ahh.... She can't be russian. That bra's made in America. Taking a risk that he normaly wouldn't, Snake stood up and planted his back against a near by tree.

"What do you say we find out more about each other in a more intimate place, hmmm? Unless you would like to discuss something more... kinky with those approaching Russkies."

What is she talking about? Either way, I can't hold off 5 guards with Aks and pineapples with only this knife. I'll have to go along with it. "Yea, just as long as you give me more information as to where Sokolov is being held." Snake took a step away from the tree, closer to EVA and couldn't help but to look at her up and down several times. Hmmm.... better looking than I thought.

"Yea, just as long as you give me more information as to where Sokolov is being held."

"Yes, of course you will have that information. But do not be in such a hurry. Speed rarely means safety..." She gave him the parcel, and turned around.

EVA walked back to the tree where she had laid a minute ago. She shot her hands up, and then pulled, moving her legs upwards first, hooking herself on top of the branch where she had left her sniper rifle. An SDV, reliable and powerful. She dropped from the tree again.

"If you look in that parcel, you will find an MK22, and a scientist's uniform. Enough to get you through to Sokolov for the time being. And of course, you can count on my help..."

EVA stopped, turned around, and posed. Her hips moved forwards, her abdomen a bit behind, and the SDV held over her shoulders and behind her head with her right hand, while the left rested on her left thig. The Killing Pose, as she liked to call it.

"I don't think I know your name. Do you have one, or maybe you want me to address you as "mister CIA" ?"

Snake opened the parcel to find a MK 22 and a white labcoat and gloves. "A hushpuppy huh? Must've been hard finding one of these. and what about this getup?"

"It's enough to get you through to Sokolov for the time being. And of course, you can count on my help..."

"Really now?" Snake made the excuse of re-wraping the uniform and placing it in his survival pouch so he wouldn't be forced to stare at EVA's curves more than he had to.

"I don't think I know your name. Do you have one, or maybe you want me to address you as "mister CIA" ?"

"Just call me 'Snake'." He checked the slide lock on his MK22 and held it in conjunction to his knife. "Anyway, it would be better to get away from here. Do you know a place to lay low untill the patrol leaves?"

"Just call me 'Snake'."

"Snake... a nice name... are you here to tempt me, though?" EVA smirked in a friendly fashion as she watched Snake's combat stance. Interesting. Use of a gun and knife at the same time. She could imagine the advantages and disadvantages of it in a jungle.

"Anyway, it would be better to get away from here. Do you know a place to lay low untill the patrol leaves?"

"Yes, I do, but if they find your parachute they will heighten the security state, and things can only go harder then. I would suggest you grab your parachute fast, if you can. The patrol will still take some ten minutes getting here, and we will be heading the opposite direction. So hurry up. I'll cover you, in case you need help."

EVA passed Snake's position, with a feminine, and pretty secure pace and stance, and moved up the hill. That would be a very good position to snipe from. She stopped, and twirled around.

"Oh, in case we split up. The refuge is a ruined factory north-east from this position. A canyon passes near it, so it should be fairly easy to find it. You will only need to cross the bridge. The factory is made out of red bricks."

With that, she continued up the hill, to prepare her position.

Snake passed his own form of judgement on his MK22 before sliding it in his gun holster, next to his pack of cigars. I'll have to deal with the handle later.

"Yes, I do, but if they find your parachute they will heighten the security state, and things can only go harder then. I would suggest you grab your parachute fast, if you can."

"Are you sure there's time to get it. I'll need at least five minuets to re-pack it."

"The patrol will still take some ten minutes getting here, and we will be heading the opposite direction. So hurry up. I'll cover you, in case you need help."

Snake watched with great interest at the way EVA walked past him, shaking her hips in an un nessisary, yet quite interesting way.

"Oh, in case we split up. The refuge is a ruined factory north-east from this position. A canyon passes near it, so it should be fairly easy to find it. You will only need to cross the bridge. The factory is made out of red bricks."

Bricks huh? Snake thanked himself for allowing the major to outfiet him with diferent uniform patterns, including a red suare pattern.

Once EVA had positioned herself atop the hill, Snake swiftly stalked over to his landing site, still weary that the patrol may be closer than EVA suggested, and as if to prove him right a single guard was standing over the limp and torn form of his parachute, eyeing it quizically. Now's just a good a time as any. Snake croutched down and readied his hushpuppy. He lined the cross scope with the guard's leg and pulled the trigger. The guard stood up straight and looked around. "Huh? What was~" he started before the sedative took effect and he fell on the ground.

No time to check him for ammo. Need to make this quick. Snake took out his knife and lowered it to the guard's neck. He hesitated for a second and grumbled to himself before stabing the radio at the man's chest. Gettin' soft... He shook his head and cut the support ropes for his ruined parachute, rolling the fabric into a tight knot and stuffing it into his pack.

Now, where is she? He walked back to the hill to find that EVA had already left, leaving five corpses with single bullet wounds in the head. What? She killed them so cleanly, without even so much as a sound? That rifle of hers is something else. Snake smirked to himself and creeped throught the jungle towards the north-east.

After several encounters with a few guards, whom were dispatched silently by Snake's MK22, he arived at what looked like a squat building with several walls punched out. He creeped into the brick red building with his knife and gun at the ready, taking in every sight and sound in anticipation of an ambush when he reached the only door that was still standing. He presed his back apon the wall next to the door and pressed it inward, throwing a twig to draw any eny fire that may have been intended for him. When nothing hapened, Snake slowly walked inside and scaned the area when he felt a thuding pain and a slow darkness creeping from the back of his head. He turned around to see EVA standing behind the door with her hands infront of her mouth in shock. That was the last thing Snake saw before he blacked out.
