That's not establishing that he has refused to visit for some sort of nefarious reason. He's not like Trump who dropped in on situations that couldn't really handle a "hey look at me; I'm big daddy" parade in addition to the crisis they were trying to deal with at the time with limited resources.

Generally, I don't think the President should be expected to show up at every crime scene in America. If somebody from the administration must go, send the friggin' AG and rub his liberal nose in the carnage so he can understand why he's an idiot.
