The clip, taken from a press briefing Biden gave last week, features the president-elect saying his “priority” for distributing coronavirus economic relief available through the recently passed $900 billion stimulus bill will be small businesses with black, Latino, Asian, Native American, and women owners.

The OP's title does not match the quote. Giving priority is one thing. Denying support to white owned business is not borne out by the quoted statement.

The first time they gave loans to small buisness a lot of big companies got loans and moms and pops couldn't
I dont want the mypillow guy getting loans
