Biden's America: Supply chain crisis...'Shocking' national baby formula shortage forces rationing at major retail chain

There is a national shortage of baby formula, which has forced a large retail chain to impose rationing on the important product for infants.

The supply chain crisis has prompted Walgreens – the second-largest pharmacy store chain in the United States behind CVS – to limit the amount of baby formula that customers can purchase. A spokesperson for the national drugstore chain told CBS MoneyWatch that customers may only buy three infant and toddler formula products per transaction. Walgreens – which operates approximately 9,021 drugstores in all 50 states – said the reason for rationing is because of "increased demand and various supplier issues." The restrictions are already in effect at stores.

CVS is also experiencing baby formula shortages. A CVC Health spokesperson told CBS News that "product supply challenges are currently impacting most of the retail industry." The largest pharmacy store chain said it is working with "national brand baby formula vendors to address this issue and we regret any inconvenience that our customers may be experiencing."

He could certainly be doing more, (And SHOULD BE doing more) however, to alleviate the issues currently facing the country and it's economic problems.

With that said, though I am disenchanted with Biden as are many, many Americans, I certainly do NOT regret voting for him- and I may do so again (Albiet grudgingly) depending on who his 2024 opponent is. Because as we have seen, as bad as Biden is, we could do a lot worse.

Well I won't speak for you, I'll just say that I honestly don't believe too many were enchanted by Biden. He's basically the human equivalent of a life boat after your yacht goes down. You're happy its there, not happy you're in it.

Honestly I don't know why Biden hasn't gone fucking buck wild with Executive orders there is so much he can do and more importantly. He's old. I'd be shocked if he runs again in 2024. There is an above average chance he wouldn't live through his second term. So what should he care? Student debt? GONE. Legal weed? DONE. Just come out and state Sinema, Manchin I will actively campaign against you in the primaries and then if you still win and the Right doesn't run a complete lunatic I will endorse them. Because fuck you, that's why.

Which I think would make Gavin Newsome the heir apparent? Kamala is pretty unpopular though some of that is just the media's fault.

I've noticed a very strange trend over the last twenty two years. Apparently illegals weren't much of a problem under Bush or Trump. Obama may as well have been called the deporter in chief which the media ignored in favor of showing caravans coming up. Granted there was a reason for that. Democrats don't want to be seen as racists for their policies and Republicans couldn't exactly come out and say Obama is nailing it could they. Somehow no conservative can ever point a finger at what policies were changed under either one. When pressed they say it's not their job to do my homework when in reality if you're making argument it is very much your job to do my homework.

He could always do another wave of stimulus or make sure that he and the rest of the party make it crystal clear that the right are the reason you're not getting tax credits for your kids. And justify it as inflation is hurting the working class. Then fix the damn roads and start with Republican states. Can you imagine Biden flying into Texas and bringing the case directly to the people of "I've basically got a big bag of money which will bring jobs for whatever your governor wants. If he refuses its only because between my success and you're lives he didn't choose you."
