Title 42 gives the administration the ability to bar people from entering the country during a health crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The Biden administration has used it to deport thousands of migrants without giving them a chance to seek asylum.

Biden's administration uses President Trump's Title 42 to deport immigrants - but hey, there's no crisis - but that's not woke enough for senior adviser Harold Koh, because that policy is 'inhumane.'

Only a radical-left progi would think protecting your country is 'Inhumane.'

Whenever the Surgeon General determines that by reason of the existence of any communicable disease in a foreign country there is serious danger of the introduction of such disease into the United States, and that this danger is so increased by the introduction of persons or property from such country that a suspension of the right to introduce such persons and property is required in the interest of the public health, the Surgeon General, in accordance with regulations approved by the President, shall have the power to prohibit, in whole or in part, the introduction of persons and property from such countries or places as he shall designate in order to avert such danger, and for such period of time as he may deem necessary for such purpose. This is worthy of a bump as we rapidly approach the date when that action is set to expire. Texas along with twenty plus other states have joined in a lawsuit to force the President and his administration to continue the policy.

If you want an example as to why Biden's admin is so unpopular this would be a text book example. He could do the right thing and gain points with the Latino community, the American left and focus resources to places that would be better uses of them.

Instead just as he has with too many issues he's gonna try to thread the needle here. Give some very, very quiet Psaki statement about Title 42 ending instead of crowing and forcing the Right to either acknowledge his hard work OR abandon their position. Or he could do the right thing, loud and proud and couple it with definitively ending kids in cages.

When you try to please everyone, you end up pleasing no one.
