So Biden gives Putin a list of American targets that would harm the US if hacked? Putin's generals are licking their chops.

Trump would have given Putin a list of "Russian" targets that would be hit if another American infrastructure target was hacked by Russians. That's the difference between a real American President and a politically compromised, mentally impaired, pretender who's lips are surgically attached to the caboose of the Russians and the Chinese in order to keep his family secrets hidden from the American people:

WHAT? Biden Gives Putin List Of 16 ‘Off Limits’ US Infrastructure Targets He’s Not Allowed To Cyber Attack
Biden handed "killer" Putin a list of 16 US critical infrastructure targets during their Geneva meeting.

Joe Biden handed Russian President Vladimir Putin a list of 16 “off limits” US critical infrastructure targets during their meeting in Switzerland.
Biden, who once called the Russian President a “killer,” handed Vladimir Putin a list of 16 “off limits” US critical infrastructure targets while discussing cybercrime during their Geneva meeting, according to reports. “Certain critical infrastructures should be off-limits to attack, period, by cyber or any other means,” said Biden. “I gave them a list, 16 specific entities defined as critical infrastructure under U.S. policy, from the energy sector to water systems.”

Trump would have grinned and agreed with whatever Putin was saying at the moment.

Do you really think Putin and his minions aren't already aware of those targets? He's evil, but he's not stupid. By the same token, Biden doesn't need to tell him there will be consequences.

It's like Trump in 2016 saying the Obama Admin/Iraqi government was making a mistake in announcing in advance the big push to take Mosul from ISIS. It was not a mistake because there was no point in secrecy -- it would be impossible to keep secret the preparations for a military operation on that scale.

Psaki's statement during the presser that disrupting America's fuel and food supplies was seen by the administration as largely an issue of internal Internet security by the affected businesses was fairly stunning.
Fuel shortages across the South and lower Eastern Seaboard and disrupted meat supplies that led to higher meat prices, both caused by hackers. And the Biden administration didn't appear to care.
What hack/ransonware would Biden's team care about?
What would happen if every online bank account had a 00.00 balance tomorrow? Would that get the narcoleptic sloth moving?

I thought your side were the ones who didn't want government to actually do anything. With the possible exception of the Army.

When they say that, they really mean they don't want government to help the poor or to ever hold the rich accountable for anything.

We did it before......why not then??

Oh that's right, you have absolutely NO idea what you're talking about when it comes to military matters.

You're just partsian hack cheering every dumb shit move your side makes because you don't know anything other than "Anti-American good!! USA BAD EVIL RACIST NAZIS!!!" :D

Yes, because Russians haven't known this, so Biden, the guy you think can't think his way out of a bag, enlightened them.

By publicly listing specific targets, he garners public support for retaliation if they ARE targeted.

Foreign policy is not checkers... it's chess

That's a bingo!

Klanguide is too dumb to grasp the concept.

I'm not saying the operation was a bad idea -- ISIS was bad news and worth getting rid of. I'm just saying there was no point in keeping it secret, and Trump (not yet president) did not on that occasion make himself look smart as he was trying to do. And that is analogous to this.

Jesus seemed to think so. (Not that I ever held with Jesus.) In the story of Lazarus and the rich man, the rich man is not charged with any particular sin other than being rich, but he still ends up in Hell. Which no doubt appealed to Jesus' audience.

OOPS, I GUESS THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN 17 ITEMS ON THAT LIST: Georgia hospital system hit with ransomware attack following Biden-Putin summit.

Bullshit. He isn't going to do shit. He should have shut the lights of in the Kremlin before handing the list I suggested, to Putin. So he could negotiate from a position of strength.:D

I think you overestimate the CIA's capabilities.
