It isn't like we didn't warn people this man was not only incompetent but wrong on every foreign policy decision he's made in 50 years. Maybe if Americans were to dress up like Afghanis or Third World refugees, they could be safely evacuated.

Biden Slammed Over Reports He Can’t Evacuate U.S. Citizens Out Of Ukraine: ‘Criminally Incompetent’
By Ryan Saavedra

Democrat President Joe Biden was widely slammed online on Sunday evening amid numerous reports that indicated that the situation in Ukraine is rapidly deteriorating amid an increasingly likely invasion by Russian forces.

New reports indicate that the administration has ordered the families of all American personnel at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine to immediately leave the country, has warned U.S. citizens in the country that it will be unable to evacuate them, and is considering sending U.S. military forces to Eastern Europe.

“Given that the President has said military action by Russia could come at any time, the U.S. government will not be in a position to evacuate U.S. citizens.” Biden’s State Department said, according to Fox News correspondent Jennifer Griffin. “So U.S. citizens, currently present in Ukraine should plan accordingly.”

The news came as the Biden administration ordered the families of all American personnel at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine on Sunday to immediately leave the country.

“The security conditions, particularly along Ukraine’s borders, in Russia-occupied Crimea, and in Russia-controlled eastern Ukraine, are unpredictable and can deteriorate with little notice. Demonstrations, which have turned violent at times, regularly occur throughout Ukraine, including in Kyiv,” the department said. “Do not travel to Ukraine due to the increased threats of Russian military action and COVID-19. Exercise increased caution in Ukraine due to crime and civil unrest. Some areas have increased risk.”

BiDumb is a buffoon. Make no mistake about it, he hasn’t the mental capacity to do the job he is in. Oblunder is in his third term.

He's a senile man who spent all of his life coveting one job.

He never had the acumen, ability or intention to perform the job.

He just wanted the title to prove to himself that his life has meaning.

The one and only thing that the has proved any ability or inclination to do
is to make sure that his family profited off of his blind, driven aimless ambition...

And the worst part of all of this is that he has single-handedly resurrected the poor reputation
of Orange Man Bad and has made a lot of the swing voters experience buyer's remorse
and develop an appreciation for and possible longing for the good old days
when the President was a competent, crass and tactless buffoon...

Yep, like 60% of voters would deny him a second term:

Fox News Poll: Voters reluctant to give Biden a second term

I have a great disdain for polls this far out and
a great admiration for the ability of Republicans
to fuck up snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

And this, Biden down among blacks by 30 points.

Black Voters Throwing Biden Under the Bus in Increasing Numbers
By Mike Miller | Jan 24, 2022 8:30 AM ET

If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black” ~ Joe Biden, May 22, 2020. Biden later apologized for the comment after causing a firestorm, saying “I shouldn’t have been such a wise guy,” but his meaning was crystal clear: If you’re Black, you automatically vote Democrat.

As recounted by Breitbart, Biden’s 2020 presidential primary campaign was sucking mud after finishing fifth in New Hampshire and fourth in Iowa, but Biden being Biden, he advised skeptics, including those who had already stuck a fork in him, to withhold judgment until a primary in a state with a large pool of Black voters, which he assured all doubters he would win. South Carolina would be that state.

Biden won the nomination and went on the win the White House. (Miller gets thrown under the bus in the comments section in 3…2…1…) Now, one year later, the question is yuuge: How did Biden do in his first year as the occupant of the Oval Office? Specifically, in the eyes of Black voters?

First things first — all voters. As we reported on Sunday, after just one year of Biden and his policies, 72 percent of Americans think the country is headed in the wrong direction. That is astounding.

And Black voters, specifically? In a recent Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll, as reported by ABC News, just six in 10 Black Americans said they approved of Biden’s job performance, down significantly from about nine in 10 who approved in polls conducted through the first six months of Biden’s miserable presidency.

Does this venting make you all feel better? I have a pillow you could hit.

Just reporting the facts. I know you don't like to face the facts, so I post them daily because I know doing so poses a direct threat to your supply of toilet paper, which forces you to don a face diaper and face the trauma of mingling with the crowds at Costco.

Yep, even in the midst of a series of catastrophic failures Republicans can find a way to squander the trove of political capital they generate. Maybe this time McConnell can shut up about putting Airborne Troops in Europe...oops, sorry. Looks like the war lobby is winning again.

War lobby?

As a student of history, I would say that not standing up to tyranny at its inception
will result in a small fight, but turning you back on it results in a bigger fight.

As it was with Hitler, if we just placidly sit behind our oceans and allow Putin's aggression
towards other free people, then eventually, he will turn on us and human misery will increase.

Preemption and preparedness mitigate that human misery.
If our involvement can prevent tragedy, then we should be involved.

Ukraine is not a true national security interest of the United States. It will be a humanitarian interest for sure, and one could say the odds of Putin pushing further into the Baltics is a threat to Nato and should be deterred early, but even Nato is split on this issue. What do you think?

I think that you don't let a child throw a tantrum without consequences because the child learns that they can get away with it.

Obama fucked the world when he drew the red line but didn't enforce it. Putin did what he wanted anyway when he took Crimea and learned he can get away with it. He's going to do it again for the same reason; there are no consequences

Xi Xi Ping watched that all play out and is now preparing to invade Taiwan for exactly the same reason knowing there will be no consequences for his actions.

It is truly a national security concern for us for the reasons I just outlined.

It is pretty much rewarding a school-yard bully pounding the shit out
of some other kid in the hopes that he will then not pummel you.
If your friends see you unwilling to come to the aid of another,
then why the hell would they ever come to your aid?

Is the world that you want to live in
the world of the strong ruling
the weak by forceful means?

If so, then we should abandon NATO, the UN and all other international bodies
in the hopes that the evil in the world will come for us last...

Lil' Kim and his family are watching too...

Obama let Putin invade Georgia as well. Remember the battle of Grozny? Putin killed thousands upon thousands of civilians. suffering 2000 casualties himself in a city one-tenth the size of Kiev. What would you do right now to deter a prepositioned force of 125,000 man Russian armored force? Just curious.

The Ukraine is lost to complete turmoil for the foreseeable future and never had any strategic value to the US. Our answer should be moving our troops out of Germany and either bring them home or move them to Poland, make Poland a mini super power.

The problem here is Putin is months ahead of us at this point. This build-up didn't happen overnight. He started this months ago while Joe and the West slept. Now Putin has a Corps size force in place within striking distance of the Ukraine border. Biden is thinking about moving 5000 or more troops into Europe. We talked the other day about whether or not we could move 80,000 troops, let alone 100,000. It took 6 months for us to do the same in Saudi Arabia in the 90s. and we have less capability today.

Nato has to mean something. If the Baltic countries are in fact in danger I can see us and the rest of Nato moving forces into that region to deter Putin. But we cannot deter Putin in Europe and Xi in the South China sea by ourselves at the same time. The American people do not want to engage in a ground war in Europe with the Russians. My guess at this point is Biden and the West are going to cede more territory to Putin in the end. Maybe some Black Sea ports in Ukraine. That's what Putin really wants.

Well, Jeez, for that matter Trump could've used the Space Force to make Greenland the mini super power.

There are 2 things I'd do.

The first is deploy every NATO ship available into the sea off Ireland where Putin is staging to hold naval war games and create a picket line of ships with guns already pointed and aimed at his navy and issue a warning that the first shot anywhere in the world will result in those picket ships immediately opening fire.

The second would be to deploy a carrier group to the entrance to the black sea with orders to attack and destroy the Russian base in Crimea in the event that Putin steps over the border into Ukraine. I would relay those orders to Putin via diplomatic channels letting him know that any incursion into Ukraine will come at a high cost financially, militarily, and politically which he cannot ever recover from.

Xi Xi Ping wouldn't need to be told anything. He'd see what what going on himself and would change his course respecting Taiwan.

Isn't there already a USN carrier group sailing for the eastern Mediterranean for "exercises"?

They're headed to the eastern med in general. I'd push the group all the way to the entrance to the black sea.

I'd do it even knowing that they're going to get decimated if it comes down to shooting but Putin would be aware that he's not going to get off scot free either and will probably pay the higher price with the loss of his military base and the loss of access to the black sea even after it's over and done.

He'd have no supply lines for his front line troops if that happened and almost no commercial access afterward until the entrance was cleared of the sunken war ships and their remaining armament.

This is to say nothing of the B1's based in the US which are ready to drop clusters of bombs where needed even half the world away. Putin knows this but he also knows that the senile boob in the WH isn't willing to stand up when challenged.
