A story that goes along the lines of what Kanye and Bianca get up to would be great reading.
She is supposedly a smart lady but is happy to dress with sheer/skimpy/see through outfits in public when with Kayne.
Is it her idea to dress like this as it turns her on or is it his idea and she is turned on by being submissive and exposed.
It starts as a simple bit of sexy dressing but they keep progressing and get more daring as to fill a perverted kink.
The more she is exposed the better. In public settings. Around friends, family or strangers. It becomes addictive to the couple.

I think the idea has promise, but writers usually avoid writing about celebs here on Lit as it's not a well-visited category. So perhaps drop the celeb idea, and create a fictional couple based on the dynamic you have described.

I imagine a couple (Don and Maggie) on vacation in Key West arrive in late October, totally ignorant of the Halloween adult celebration there, known as Fantasy Fest. While there they meet another couple (Jeff and Susan), who go there specifically for the ten-day event and take our MCs under their wing.

The first night they decide to go out, Susan steps out in a very revealing swimsuit and gives Maggie a disapproving look when she steps out in a very conservative blouse. "You're not wearing that are you?"

Maggie looks down at her blouse and shrugs. "Sure, what else?"

Susan grabs Maggie and pushes her into their room. Ten minutes later she steps out in a heart-stopping bodycon dress with a wickedly plunging neckline. Don's eyes damn near pop out of his skull when he sees her. Susan looks at her husband. "Are you really okay with me going out like this?"

In truth, the idea had already aroused her, and the sight of her husband's excited nod and awed expression convinced her. They go out and the curvy lady gets a lot of attention out on the town. A lot. By the time they return to their hotel room, both are so excited they damn near tear each other's clothes off and have some of the wildest animal sex in memory.

The next night is much the same. On the third day, Maggie goes out shopping with her new friend at some of the local boutiques that always put their racyest stuff out for the event. Over the ten days her outfits get more and more revealing until on the last night she's out wearing an entirely sheer body stocking and not another stitch aside from her stilettos. Don just gets more and more excited and into it as the week goes by.

One could keep it monogamous, which readers do enjoy, or perhaps they end up in a swapping situation with Jeff and Susan. Maybe add in a little public sex as one evening, the couple just can't wait to get their hands on one another and have sex on a beach, in view of dozens of people. Maybe Magie ends up on a stage in any one of the strip shows on Duval Street. Whole new worlds could open up for them. My go-to is a mature couple, but in this instance, I think a couple in their early twenties would work best. Still figuring out the whole marriage thing. Maybe Jeff and Susan are more mature. I have a mental image of Maggie kissing Susan, in the middle of Duval Street, to the amazement of their husbands.

Yeah, I like this idea. I'm gonna copy this down in my to-do files.

I wasn't wanting it to be a celeb story about Bianca and Kayne. I just used the example of them so people would have an idea of the story idea I was creating.
