Thanks for posting! I'm glad there are more and more of us coming out of the shadows. It's nice to feel that Virginia has at least some representation here! Do you find it's difficult to meet other bi-women in your area as well?

Then again I haven't been trying for very long....

Yeah, neither have I (been trying for very long, that is) But it does strike me as odd that in living in Virginia, in about 5 different places, I've really only met about three other women that are also interested in women. Maybe I'm just not in the right places!

That could very well be. Then again chances are you have met more than that and just aren't aware of it. My husband is the only person that I know in RL who knows that I am intrested in women. I only recently (about 8 months ago) told him. He is very open to letting me explore this new side of myself....of course my luck that means I will never meet anyone I want to go that route with.....If he had freaked out and was totally against it...I would probably have beautiful women beating down my door....LOL.....

When I was in college, women showed interest in me but never acted on it because it ws still a thought in the back of my head. Now that I'm interested in acting on it, I don't know any women who are interested or that I'm interested in. Oh well.

Your college experience kinda sounds like my high school experience and then once I was in college and ready to finally embrace my sexuality - I didn't know where to begin. I'm still searching!

Hi. don't get online much. been a LONG time since I could be on Lit. I'm in the Herndon area though I lived in the NRV for years. I thought moving to the metro area would help but after 2 years I've had little luck in finding bi women. I've been to Nation on fridays, saturdays, and thursdays but not many want to chat with strangers. I've heard it's better to go into dc but I'm not feeling nearly brave enough for that. hope everyone has good luck in finding some friends at least.
