BF's dad gets involved?

I've been toying with a big fantasy in the last few days...

It involves a devoted girlfriend hooking up with her boyfriends dad. Not the hottest scenario in basic terms, so I wondered about angles for it happening.

For example, maybe he becomes her confidante and inevitably her wish for sexual exploration becomes known...

Or maybe the son can't satisfy her /isn't sexual and to keep her, he proposes his single dad take on those duties? She is appaled at first but realises it is the only way she can stop her bf from descending into paranoia about her leaving him?

There's also the idea of wanting to try for a baby but son has low sperm count and maybe she isn't eligible / able to have non sexual fertilisation treatment? Dad steps up as a surrogate?

Maybe even some dynamic where the bfs mum and dad actively seek a female to join the dad...and gf fits the bill?

I think I'd want the bf to be aware in any of those scenarios.. It seems more intense that way. It also makes it slightly more taboo and unusual?

Anyway grateful for thoughts. I want to make it plausible (as in it can be explained), I don't want it to just happen! X

True story: My older cousin 'Hank' married 'Jill' just before the Army shipped him to Germany. Friends and family (including out grandfather, also named Hank) gathered for a goodbye party. Grandpa Hank slithered up to Jill, wrapped his arm around her, and squeezed her large breast. "While young Hank is away, old Hank will play!" he announced. Jill blushed. Young Hank laughed. I did not hear Jill talk about their relationship during the deployment. Hmmm...

The most plausible (and probably least attractive) scenario has the father Fred imposing himself on the girl Gail, like Old Hank seemed to with Jill. The least plausible (and hottest) scenario has Gail smitten with Fred -- or maybe she's sluttish and tries to bag BFs' dads. The 'confidante' scenario can be touching, as can a tragic scenario where the BF Bill is killed or incapacitated, and Fred and Gail come together in grief. The 'surrogate' scenario is IMHO not plausible, but should go over well here on LIT, where reality is optional.

I like that idea and have a similar story in the works, except the couple are married, but it could be easily changed to bf & gf or fiancees.

My story has the dad widowed a couple of years previous, and as a result just doesn't do much. Gf takes it upon herself to get him out into the world again with bf's blessing and assistance.

As she works on him, their relationship grows.

One scenario I like is that, because the bf & gf are not ready for kids, he always uses a condom. When she finally gives into the father, he mentions that he always wished he had a daughter, but now wouldn't be interested in raising her. In response she tosses the condom...

Personal preference, but I don't like the 'pushiness' side, I would want it to be consensual and OK with all parties

In high school, I dated the younger of two brothers because he was a dead ringer for his older brother with whom I had a long-standing but never-consumated flirtation. We didn't act on it because the older brother was too old for us to have dated without our friends taking issue and/or my father shooting him. You could have the girlfriend meet and begin dating the son because of what she thinks is a harmless crush on dad - he comes to the coffee shop where she works, one day he brings his son with him so she has a more age - appropriate target that reminds her of him. She tells the son from the beginning about her crush and it's their inside joke until she keeps spending more and more time with Dad...

You might also ave it go the other way. Son and GF are young, son is very immature and irresponsible. GF sees everything she's attracted to about son plus everything she wishes he'd be in Dad, including a better and more experienced lover. I'm in my early 30s and this was the first year I was out shopping during the college freshman move-in rush where I uniformly found the dads more attractive than the sons.

Its amazing how many people have had these experiences!

Its just getting it to be believable...that's one thing I would strive for.
