I have bottomed numerous times for my transgender girlfriend. I have a bulb syringe that I use to clean myself out. The bulb is capable of holding about a cup of water. I fill the syringe with water and squirt the water into my rectum. I hold the water in there for ten or fifteen seconds then I let it out into the toilet. I repeat this process until the water comes out of my rectum as clean as it went in. I have had no complaints.
