webcamnow.com is a free a site where you can put your cam online and chat. The refresh is not very fast but there are lots of people to see you and you can see others. I have to say, as ususal it is mostly guys on cam but lots of women looking. It is a fun site. It would be nice to find an attractive woman to play with on cam but finding a slim, attractive woman on cam that is not charging by the hour is almost as rare as an honest politician. lol.
