Best Friend's Younger Sister

So I decided to take some advice from the previous thread and try again. So I have a story idea that I was wondering if a good author with more time for writing might have time to write a good story about. A story about a guy and his best friends younger sister, they have always had sexual tension between them, but her brother/his friend make it to where they always shy away from their lust. They are close friends to, almost like brother and sister themselves, and then one day, they can't hold in their true feelings anymore.

They begin a secret relationship, it isn't immedietly sexual. However they don't want to let the brother find out, he has always been very protective of his sister.

I need to get to bed for work, will add more details later. However if anybody has questions of details that would help them write a good story, it would help me think of which details are of better importance.

What I'd do

Well I would make them both from religious families that know each other and when they start to get together they both already have other 'official' others and so are forced to keep it a secret at first and innocent and get stuck keeping it a secret, even after it is physical.
