As for a sample plot:

Jen has been a close friend of Ben since they were little. They were practically raised as siblings and spent so much time in each other's home they often get mistaken for that. But as they got older, they started spending more and more time apart.

However, ben's sister Kate kept contact and still hangs out with Jen quite often. Kate's always said she's going to marry Jen when she grew up but everyone thought she was joking. Turns out she really does love Jen.

So summer after their first year at college, Jen confesses to Ben and gets rebuffed. He sees her as a sister, loves somebody else, etc. Jen goes home distraught and finds Kate there, modeling her graduation gown. Jen breaks down and Kate comforts her, telling her she knows what it's like to be only so close to the one you love and then kisses Jen.

Caught up in the heat of the moment, they fuck and fuck until Jen's parents get home. Kate walks away thinking that Jen is finally hers. So Jen's got a few choices to make.

Possible endings: 1. Jen confesses what happened. Ben's livid but eventually calms down enough to just get Jen to promise to take care of his sister. Jen dates Kate and they eventually get married. Ben is happy his sister is happy and finds love with someone else.

Jen tells Kate she loves her and was glad to have such a wonderful night with her but she ultimately would be living a lie if they remained together. She then admits to Ben what happened. While Ben is livid, Kate comes in and urges the two of them to at least still be friends if not more.

They ultimately do date and maybe they even get married or maybe they can't put aside what happened but they remain friends.

3. Jen tells Kate how conflicted she's feeling and Kate just shyly smiles. She tells Jen to meet her at her house that night and everything will work out fine. Jen does so and is guided to hide in a closet. Ben comes in a second later and looks downtrodden Kate walks in and pushes him down onto a couch and tears his pants off. She asks him what's wrong as she proceeds to give him a blowjob. Ben admits he feels bad about how he handled the situation with Jen but how could he tell her that he was also in love with his sister? There's no way she could understand that.

I could see a scenario about two teen girls (Nikki and Callie) that have been best friends since childhood. They are freshmen in college and Callie had been dating Nikki's twin brother for nearly a year.
