No real politicians in this thread. Stick to fiction, to movies, books, games, TV series.

I'll go with Governor James Pryce of Michigan, as played by Tom Selleck in Running Mates, followed closely by Dave Kovic from Dave, as played by Kevin Kline. After that, I'd say Congressman Matt Santos of Texas, played by Jimmy Smits on the West Wing. And Richard Splett in Veep, first Mayor, then Lieutenant Governor, then Governor of Iowa, and later President and Nobel Peace Prize laureate. I don't recall the actor's name there.
