At last evening's Democratic Debate, Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders was critical of the Israeli government's disproportionate response to Palestinians, as well as their current "ethnic cleansing" initiatives. Details Here

According to the naZipman Literotica Protocols of 2013, criticism of ANYTHING the Israel government does is prima facie evidence of Anti-semitism, unless the criticism comes from a Jew, at which time they are labeled "self-loathing Jews".

My question is, given the circumstances, can't Sanders rightfully be considered both anti-Semitic and a self-loathing Jew?

My question is directed primarily towards the "Israel Uber Alles" contingent on Lit (naZipman, Busybody, Miles).

Are you aware that Palestinians are Semites?

There is a difference between criticising Israel's government policy and being anti-Jewish.

Even Israelis can criticise their government without being anti-Jewish.

But Israel is surrounded by peoples who have vowed to destroy the state of Israel. That colours their response to their neighbours.

Whether the Israeli government is always right? Most democracies have people who don't agree with their government without wanting to destroy the state.

You simply can't tell that to any of the religious nut bag Republicans on here.....

They just aren't going to hear any of that nonsense.

I know, I know.

But someone has to keep pointing out that they are spouting nonsense. You do a good job of bringing some reality to their threads.

Bernie Sanders Jewish outreach director calls Israel’s Netanyahu a ‘manipulative asshole’

We need a emo about pouring gas on a fire!

Simone Zimmerman, the Bernie Sanders campaign’s newly hired national Jewish outreach coordinator, last year called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “manipulative asshole” who sanctioned mass murder.

“Bibi Netanyahu is an arrogant, deceptive, cynical, manipulative asshole,” Zimmerman, a former J Street student activist, wrote on Facebook in March 2015, according to the Free Beacon. “Fuck you, Bibi… you sanctioned the murder of over 2,000 people this summer.”

Zimmerman later revised the post, excising the profanity, according to the report, which featured screenshots of the original and edited posts.

Zimmerman’s appointment was defended on Twitter by the unofficial “Jews for Bernie” group, which maintained that only “right-wing extremists” were opposed to her new role.

“Simone Z. is an anti-occupation activist, not an anti-Israel activist. Those who refuse to acknowledge the difference are extremists,” the group tweeted.

“We challenge the press to find a single person displeased about Bernie hiring @simonerzim who doesn’t have far right views on Israel,” it later said.

“We’ve been inundated with hate speech from right-wing Jews calling us Nazi-abettors for supporting Bernie & standing with Simone. So gross,” the group tweeted. “Still waiting to see criticism of Bernie’s Israel views from a single person with moral credibility.”

:D

I belong to the Israel Uber Alles contingent too. :)

On the one hand Israel serves as the headquarters of the Zionist Overlords, therefore it should be nuked until nothing but glow-in-the-dark glass remains.

On the other hand, Israel is the closest thing to a western civilization in that part of the world... and so it should survive.

I don't believe the US should be supporting it though, if it survives or perishes should be on it's own strength. Like when a baby bird is pushed from the nest and is forced to fly or die.

Addressing the Bernie question, yes he is both. Most Jews in the US are liberals/progressives, in other words ignorant morons that if they could vote on it would do worse to Israel than the Germans would have in WWII.

Oh I agree, keep on keepin' on!

Thank you sir, you do a rather fine job yourself.
