Days End

Bound tightly in lace,
She claws at the hooks that hold
Freeing her soft orbs

Resurrection

Panting, gasping, hot
Drawers slam open and closed
Rip, crunch, snap, buzz, "ahhh!"

The darkest day when the sun
Creeps to the heel stone

Suddenly sunlight
Shafts among deepest shadows,
Tight among your folds.
