Valentines. Is there anything I should know? Ladies ,have any of you tried them or anything comperable for wear around the house

indeed the "keeping them in" is the trick - basically they were intended to train internal muscles (the english names slipped my memory just now) that can be creating a quite interestingeffect if used during intercourse (at least I have been told ;-))

I was a little nervous about not being able to get them out also, although logic told me exactly what Hecate said: gravity will push them down and out if you're upright and your muscles can supply a good push or two to get them out all the quicker.

Since I got mine a few months ago, I haven't had any trouble getting them out at all. Mine are probably an inch in diameter (or even 3/4 inch) though, so I can't comment personally about experiences removing bigger ben wa balls.

As has been said - the problem, specially with the heavy metal ones, is not to get them out at all, but to keep them in. I have never heard that anyone had to see a doctor to have ben-wa balls removed. your vaginal muscles (allow me that term in lack of the correct scecification) are not ususally traind to "hold in" anything that tends to want out - and the balls do WANT OUT simply because they are following the gravity to "fall down". As soon as you relax your vaginal muscles and if needed push a little (pretty much imagine it like you have to go to the toilet) they should easily slide back out. Better actually be prepared to catch them *s*
