Ben Wa Balls and Kegel excersizes

Kegels work, and I know there is an inexpensive kit you can buy from pharmacies called Aquaflex. It has both a small and large insertable cone, with weights which can be added to the cones as muscle strength increases.

I don't know about oral, but there are anal kegels. The concentration is more to learn how to relax or tighten as the situation demands.

My mother explained to me how to do Kegel exercises when I was 13, I have been doing them ever since, I'm 51 now and.... well..and...well...um you can only imagine the pussy control I have. Thanks MOM! Ben wa balls are great! In my experience, the tiny clacking noise they sometimes make is all part of the fun and or humiliation of wearing them.

I mean hey.. if someone hears them what are they gonna do? Walk up to you and ask you if ben-wall balls are making that sound? They gonna call the cops on you, have you arrested? Tell your boss on you "Hey I think so&so is wearing ben-wall balls! She should be fired for this!" I don't think sooooooo.
