Belated Introduction

Okay, I probably should have done this alot sooner but better late than never.

I'm Chris and as few of you have already figured out, I am a Dom (not a Master, just a Dom - the distinction - in my mind at least - being while I enjoy bsdm relationships, I don't want to live the lifestyle).

I live in Southern Ky and am a GIS (geographic information systems) tech - who is going back to school for a Masters in Geoscience (emphasis in urban planning and flood plain management).

I am 39yrs old, 6ft 1, 240 lbs.

My "other" interests include military/political history, reading, database programming, web based technology, Civil War, railroading, photography and good thought provoking conversation.

I would also like to say "thanks" to those of you that have welcome me here and that I enjoy being a part of this board. I definitely enjoy the intellectual tenor of the conversations versus the mindless "whip me, beat me" stuff you find elsewhere.

If you guys have any questions, post 'em up on here and I'll answer them to the best of my ability.

Thanks, Hottie. In my RL circles, I'm known as someone of intelligence but I have to admit that I feel a bit awed by some of the posters here (both PYL and pyl). The intelligence and conciseness and depth of the conversations here are definitely university level. I try to keep my posts at the same level.

I don't think we have crossed paths before, so I thought I would say hi.

I have some of the same interests as you - military/political history, reading and the Civil War (although maybe you mean American Civil War, while I mean English Civil War ). So if you ever wanted to start a thought provoking discussion on any of those issues, you'd have a poster in me

Welcome, Chris. As you've noted, there are some very bright - almost scary bright sometimes - people here on "both sides of the whip..." and you seem to fit in pretty well from what I've gathered from your posts. Of course, there are also the oddballs like me - not all that bright, but got more than a few miles under my belt and learned *something* on a fair share of them.
