Being My Sister's Husband

Couple has a thing going where they are part of an exclusive group that must always act as a couple. The Husband must always be present during her activities, sometimes participating, but usually just watching. The third party is rarely known to them as they are assigned dates at the discretion of the group, generally out of towners, maybe international.

Things go fine until for some reason the Husband becomes unavailable for a period of time. Author can establish the reason, illness, injury, work assignment, military, whatever. The Wife is still in demand though and the group insists she continue. To do so, she must find a new 'husband', but the group in unable to provide one.

A plan is developed to recruit her brother. Author can work out the back story as to why, maybe they have a history somehow.

For dates while the Husband is away, the Brother does the duties, faithfully attending the dates and acting as the Husband for all appearances, watching his 'Wife' take on the dates as they do all manner of things. None of the dates know they are not the true couple. The first several are typical with the 'Husband' only watching, or maybe light involvement like undressing her.

But inevitably, one date insists on more, wanting the 'Husband' to participate fully. Does the author take this as their first time? I so, how does it play out? How much hesitation is there? Or are they willing and anxious, maybe some latent desire?

Then again, maybe this isn't their first time and they go at it like ... well ... husband and wife.

As indicated by the thread title, story is told from the Brother's point of view.

Interesting thoughts...seems complicated on the "surprise" expectations, though interesting. First couple of times? Must have been some discussion of it between settings.

I think it is more interesting if they don't have a history beyond that time he accidentally saw her nude...
