How about this one:

Owners and patrons of a B&B at a quaint resort town, perhaps in Ontario or New York state, meet over breakfast and do a little bed hopping at night.

Most of the B&Bs serve breakfast to all of their guests at one or two tables. We could have two couples show up, one an older pair of swingers in the late 30s, one a young married couple having their first extended argument and hoping to "get away" at the b&b to settle their differences and start enjoying each other again.

Well it turns out that the older couple and the woman who runs the B&B and does the cooking for the place are used to doing some swinging when they visit but the young couple is new to it all.

The older guests and the owner all seduce the young couple separately and flirt outrageously with them over breakfast, embarrassing the younger wife and husband, each of whom think their spouse isn't in on the fun. Finally, on the last night in town for the younger couple, the truth is revealed and a full on swinging orgy ensues.

p.s.: I know the address of the b&b this is based upon, yes, but methinks it's a lot more erotic place in my mind.

I kind of like this idea Fanzee...create the scene for me. What does this place look like?

ok. let's see, the b&b is in one of those places like cooperstown, ny, a rural setting you have to drive well off the beaten path to reach. But there is a big tourist attraction in town so b&b's have become a big industry.

Our b&b in question is in a corner lot on a side street only a couple of blocks from the main drag that leads into the center of town. It is a two-story house made with dark reddish-brown stone, originally designed to house multiple families it seems. The large, wrap-around porch has a cushioned love seat, two wooden rocking chairs and an end table. One of the rooms on the second floor of the house hangs over the porch, providing shade. Four pillars support the overhang. Ivy climbs those pillars and, in fact, covers most of the dark red-brown stone that makes up the outer housing of the front of the house. The owners have placed an archway at the edge of their back driveway that welcomes visitors onto a slate-marked path through the yard to the front door. Once inside, the guest living room greets you right away. It's about the size of a large waiting room that a doctor might have but is much more cozy. A hardwood floor (cedar perhaps, it's present throughout the b&b) is partially covered with a large oriental-style rug. Earth tones dominate this room, which also has a TV, several books on a wooden shelf, and a CD player w/a rather ecclectic collection of CDs.

Down the short hallway and to the left is the dining room. There is little here other than the huge wooden table and wooden chairs, where all of the guests sit together and eat the owner/chef/host's delicious breakfasts every morning. She's a great cook and her specialty is her baking. Great breakfasts every day you are there.

Her kitchen is just across the hall from the dining area. And in that hallway is a dark wooden table, on which the host sets items such as cereal, milk, juice, coffee and fresh fruit that are available at each breakfast no matter what else is served. This table also holds bowls, glasses and extra silverware.


Follow the white-carpeted stairs up and around to the left. The guest rooms are all upstairs and each has its own well-defined motif. There is a yellow room, a royal blue room, and a green floral room. A fairly long, carpeted hallway connects all of the rooms to the oversized bathroom that sits just on the right at the head of the stairs. Each room is a little different but they share some similarities:

Beds are tall and stacked with lots of pillows. the ceilings are only about 8 feet tall in each room. There is a white dorm-style refrigerator in each room, stocked every day with bottled water.
Wicker baskets on top of the refrigerators hold towels, bath cloths and soaps. The yellow room sits in a corner of the house and the windows wrap all the way around the yellow room providing lots of light. Unfortunately the view is of a small, unscenic playground. The green room is directly across the hall from the yellow one. The doors of those two rooms, featuring glass covered by almost opaque curtains, face each other. The green room has one huge window that lets in a good amount of light.

The blue room is down the hall from these two, closer to the bathroom.

The host and the occasional helper she hires make sure all of the beds are made each day and they also fill a glass dish on the nightstand between the beds with 2 wrapped pieces of nice buttery Cadbury -- i think -- chocolate.


The details could go on forever, i guess. Did I touch on the information you wanted?

more on the b&b

I left out some things about the dining room. There is the large wooden table setting on a rug about the size of the table, right in the middle of the room, with matching wooden chairs placed all around it. Windows with short, green, ruffled curtains cover two of the walls of the room. The walls are painted an off-white or fainted yellow color. In each corner of the room is a large, potted plant. The plants all resemble green, leafy tree branches and are all similar.

a "key" detail

one of the nice things about this b&b is that guests almost never use their keys (in real life, i mean). The hostess passes out a key to each room, along with the key to the front door, so you can let yourself in at any time. The guests don't lock their doors though. Maybe that could be one of the different things about this couple, to emphasize how different they are/seem from everyone else there, initially. Maybe they should lock their door.

one other thing. The hostess and her husband live in the basement of the home. So their private quarters are 2 full levels below the guest's private rooms.

Also, there is one guest room on the first floor, directly above the basement.

Can we give the two owners a little bit of a twist and have them get off on watching their guests have sex? Or is that too twisted for this couple?

I imagine them with their little bed and breakfast. On the outside it's a quaint, darling little place where couples love to come and get away, but on the inside something else is happening. Maybe instead of living in the basement the couple lives in the attic, and they have stuff set up to watch the guests below them. They can tell that the younger couple is having problems, because they're spying on them, and they decide to seduce them.

that could work. i wouldn't want to make them too sinister though. i like the idea of everyone else being in on what's going on but our naive young couple. That way, all of the couples would know about the cameras and such except the new folks and our hosts could get off on that.


that's my taste though. Perhaps PLS will have a different approach.

More Ideas

So, okay, our main characters don't have any idea what's going on, but all the other guests do:

This is a place that for years people have been coming to have sex. They can watch other people have sex (usually the others know, but can't tell when they're being watched or not) and have other people watch them. The newly married couple doesn't know this. They were just driving along, saw the place, and thought that they'd stay the night. The atmosphere was so nice they decided to stay a while.

This place is cozy, in and out. It looks and seems just like a normal bed and breakfast - that's what makes it so exciting to the couples who stay there. No one from the outside would suspect (obviously, since our main characters don't) what's really going on in there.

What if the couple keeps catching glimpses of people having sex? Like, mirrors that open up into other rooms, seethrough curtains, things like that? They (the couple) thinks it's a mistake. They're completely naive. The other patrons know that the couple doesn't have a clue what's going on, and have lots of fun trying to be "caught" in the act, and trying to seduce each of the attractive young people.

They catch a glimpse of someone having sex and go running into their own room...embarassed but a little turned on...and someone watches, maybe through a mirror, as they have sex...

Instead of a glimse, they get a full "look." The woman is walking down the hall towards the bathroom, turns into the wrong door, and is confronted by the sight of two people having sex. Maybe she has entered one of the viewing rooms - I'm not sure how this should/could be set up. But she's in the room, staring at the two people. She can't turn away just then, she's not going to go running back into her room yet, because she's rather certain that she can't be seen.

The two people in front of her really turn her on, but she doesn't realize it for a minute or so. When she does, that's when she runs, quite ashamed at herself. She goes to the bathroom, noting how wet she is, and goes back into her bedroom, where her husband is waiting.
