There is an S&M themed B&B in the UK that looks quite charming. I stayed in a Historic Hotel in SF that had tiny rooms and shared bathroooms, two to the floor. The showers were private, but big enough for two and it seemed not many showered alone. As to Nevada, we have legal prostitution outside of the major cities, but one could resurrect the old mining town feel and have a historic Victorian Mansion rather like the Cheyenne Social Club, only a hotel too. Afterall, our reason for brothels is history!
