Generally, the instructions aren't too difficult, but it can be... uncomfortable.

A possibility is to leave a butt plug or a vibrator in. A vibrator would be on random activation schedule (and/or remote control) The sub will perform everyday tasks while randomly getting stimulated, but is NOT allowed to manually stimulate him/herself. With punishment if not followed.

If the sub failed to follow, the dom can go with a chastity belt, making it impossible for the sub to violate the edict. Add dildos inside and it can be a real tease.
