I saw a post earlier.. I just wanted to tell you my opinion.
May not be worth much.
Of Big Women.
They have a charm. They are rather unobtrusive, for all of their size. They suggest a warm feeling. Although most of you don't realize that you have been in the presence of a beautiful big woman. It has been said that they are usually really big and rarely beautiful, I beg to differ.
They are with us every day. They are the ones that your closest friends hurt by saying, oh I am so sorry, I know you have been my friend since childhood, but I need my wedding to be perfect, and you are well, too fat, to be in the pictures. So Skinny Kim will be my maid of honour.
Your dear friend accepts this.. After all, she is a good friend.
But do you know?
The scars and stretchmarks on her big body represent so much more?
The two scars that represent the children she had.
The other scar, an accident. So much did she want another child, she nearly died for it.
Another, ah, those sweet breasts.. So Womanly, so beautiful.
She had a little lump, that thankfully was nothing.
The gall bladder that quit. That's another scar. Or the bowel that quit functioning after the second kid that needed a little boost to start functioning again.
Always so nice to have a fat friend to stand beside in pictures to make you look skinnier.
She seems so jovial. So willing to laugh at nothing. She is atune to her children and the hurts they will endure.. She has been there for you.
She smiles when the hurt is the greatest. For she knows the hard way, what is worse, inaction or rather non-reaction.
She is a wonderful cocksucker. Don't you know? She is the best there is.. Why? Because she doesn't know when her husband of 23 years will decide to go with a slimmer model..
She has no respect from society. Her children can sometimes treat her as just an embarrassment at the PTA.
She is a big woman. Full of love and honesty. Caring.
And aside from the real life roadmap of stretcbmarks on her belly, the very worst scars are not physical, but mental. To endure another day of Barbie and Ken, trodden down by convention, and commonplace standards, this bold woman, turns the other ample cheek.. In defeat perhaps, but I don't think so ... in retaliation, she is better than the assholes that will again strike that sweet cheek with stupidity.
