Kinda old post but my recommendation in the 510 is in San Leandro. Its mexican and its called La Piñata, i recommend the chicken enchiladas! mmmmmmmmm!

Not only is there a dearth of Northern Californios on here, but with the exception of our present mujere guappisimo, there is an even greater dearth of female from Californios Norte.

Then when you add Sacramento into the mix, it is a veritable human desert.
