I will be playing a silver dragon walking around in elven or human form depending on setting. I'll post setting and etc if this sounds interesting.

Attention. Line up as your names are called! Tanis! Caramon! Tika! Tanin! Palin! Sturm; Majere and Brightblade! Magius, Huma! Kaz! Tasselhoff! Flint! No not you caveman, I mean Fireforge. Lauranthalasa! There has been an opening in your world! we are here now to decide who get's to go back! now mind you, you will remember little about the interdimentional army, and be there as if by coincidence. Now, who is to go back?" the order went out, suprisingly loud from General Dimonal Cross's mouth. Why he wasn't going himself this time, as with last time, was something to be talked about later.

OOC: Is it possible for me to be Flint.....I would love to be a dwarf and I love him as a character

don't know where cyro is going with that post....

don't necessary want old crew or new crew, be playing in time when there is no book to follow

i'll consider the begining setting to be the inn of the last home, in time when most races are tolerated.

i walk in draped in long dark flowing cloak, i heard this is where to go if one needed a guide, and i certainly needed one, i was looking for something. i slide into corner finding a barstool to sit on and cough softly as waitress asks for order. i ask for some stew, and potatoes, my mouth waters at the smell, and wine if they have any.

first cum first served

no problem

we have the perky red haired tika, and gristly old flint hogging the fire.

i almost wish i'd been a kender....*grin*

A booming, resounding voice sounds, startling everyone in the inn. "You the patrons of the last home. We are the lost souls of worthy adventurers. Did we die in battle?" the voice raised a couple of octaivs. "No, we fell to the superior drinking of a small dwarf" Flint steamed and yanked the kender out of the corner. "Hi flint, miss me?"

it was tasslehoff

Flint looked at Tasslehoff with a gruff look and said, "And where have ye be ye crazy kender. Stealing things I wager."
Tasslehoff looked shocked, "Me- I would never do anything like that. I haven't stolen anything for nearly twenty years."
"That's because ye been dead for twenty years. Or you would have taken everything in Krynn by now. I've been around you long enough to know you like a book."
Tasslehoff was about to answer when the door flew open and a tall figure dressed in full armor with a helmet on his head walked into the inn and walked down over to a corner, sitting down at the table there.

OOC: I hope that you don't mind me doing that....it is just that I have to explain how Flint has come back to life and why nobody has aged.

"Me? dead? I know I've been a little under the weather, but not that! Though, I was dead once. Well, I was almost dead, and that's when the building fell on me in tarsis. I was also almost dead when I went to the abyss. Did I ever tell you that story? Caramon, Crystania and I went back in time to rescue Raistlin. Well, I wasn't exactly sent with them, but I knew that they needed me so I followed anyway. After months of competing in the arena of istar though, raistlin lied to me and made me break the scepter of time travel, so I would be trapped in the tower of istar while he and caramon and crysania, now better, went to another time. The tower was pulled into the abyss with me still in it, and..."

"Yes, I've heard that story before! and No, you are not dead now, because if you were, then I wouldn't be able to kill you!" flint tackled Tas while the kender laughed and giggled.

OOC; Tas died the same time the gods and magic left krynn. If we are going to utilize a true dragonlance world, then this must take place before the chaos wars.

ooc

hey you knuckleheads it can be set at any time in history of krynn...in this case perferable not in time of no magic as a dragon wouldn't exist then.

i thought you realized time would obviously be when flint was alive tika was working the bar (otherwise she'd be married to caramon with three kids and what fun it that?)

so don't bother with age, just assume this interlude happened during their lifetime (even if characters weren't technically aliveduring same time period)

OOC: cool, in that case I won't have to worry about this time bit then. As long as I'm alive I'm happy.

IC: Flint picked the kender up off the floor and then stood back, "I have to keep my distance from you. Who knows what you might take from me."
"I don't steal from friends. You should know that you rock headed dwarf," Tasslehoff said, before he walked over to a table and sat down at it in a solemn mood.
"Well that shut him up, didn't it," Flint said with a smile.
Tika looked at the dwarf in shock, "Flint Fireforge- I can't believe that you could say a thing like that to your best friend."
Flint looked up at the woman with shock, "He is not my friend. He has gotten me into more trouble than he is worth and I've had to get him out of a lot of scrapes. It seems that is what that kender was put on Krynn for- making my life miserable."
"But he is your friend- how many times has he saved you."
Flint didn't say a word he just grumbled something under his breath and then walked over to the table to sit down next to the kender.

Tika walked over to the person that had come in wearing the full plate armor and offered him something to eat or drink. The person just looked at her and said something that caused everyone in the inn to look at him with shock and caused Flint to get up off his chair and stomp over to the person.

I watched the room through ageless eyes, so far a young human girl tending bar, a grumpy dwarf, a kender of all things, and a warrior.

how should i approach this i shrugged shoulders I'd draw attention eventually i sipped my drink and wolfed down the food, I let a silver coin roll on the bar. the girl picked it up stunned and pocketing it quickly asked if i needed anything else, a room?

i nodded saying i had business to see to before i left, that I'd need a few nights stay.

Tika nearly dropped her tray at the strange request given her of the armoured bar patron. Her eyes widened and she nodded her head as if hypnotized.

Moving through the crowd, she leaned down near Flint's ear and whispered,"He'd like to see you, Flint. You and Tas"

OOC: if it would be alrite.. i would like to take the role of the archmagus raistlin.. when he was still in the Red Robes..
i would need a twin brother..

OOC Raistlan can be travelling alone for moment....I'm sure someone will pick up Caramon eventually

IC

watching the commotion the warrior a commanding presence, he summons the dwark and kender. I listen with excellent hearing as I sip my wine

Hi, My name is Tas!" He extended his hand to be shooken, which it wasn't. "You know, you remind me of a friend of mine. He was a knight too! Sturm was a knight of the rose! Well, that's too say he wore his fathers armor wich was a knight of the roses, he was just a squire, or noght a night yet, and when he was, he was the leader of the nights of the crown, which he wouldn't have been if Derek, a knight of the rose, had his way. Derek would have made a great knight of takhisis, if he wasn't a Paladin worshiper. though I think he secretly apposed paladin, did i mention that he and I, paladin that is... were good friends? anyway, derek was very cruel and strickt, moreso then the codea and measure was intended for and......"

OOC; who is the knight. is it sturm? Tanin? steel? derek? Huma? vinus? who?

The strange knight looked at the kender with a look that if he had the power would have killed him on the spot.
"What do you know of the Knights of Takhisis?!" he said as he got to his feet quickly and put his hand on the hilt of his sword.
"Now I wouldn't be doing that," Flint said as he pulled his placed his hand on the smooth wooden handle of his ax.
"Calm - calm down there sir knight, I mean you no harm," Tasslehoff said quickly, trying to calm down the situation.
The knight looked at the kender, "You could not cause me any harm, I could kill you and your friend dwarf before he could grab his ax."
Flint ran his fingers through his beard and said, "And who might ye be to be doing so much boasting."
"The name is Steel Brightblade."
Flint walked back as if smacked in the head by the tail of a dragon, "Brightblade, but Sturm has no son."

"Oh, I heard about you. Kitiara seduced sturm then carried his child! Wow though, I never thought I would meet a kitiara kid that wasn't a quarter elven!

Steele looked at the kender and said, "Do you ever shut up. You talk more than any being I have known."
"It's what us kenders do. We talk alot because we love to tell stories, we make friends like that."
"And you bore people to death so you can steal from them," Flint said with a smile.

Raistlin Majere

The soft rustle of cloth and the cloying scent of dried roses precedented the arrival of a robed figure. Clad in robes of a mage of the Conclave (red, black or maybe white?), the figure leaned heavily on his wooden staff, the Staff of Magius , his raspy breathing heard by all in the Inn of the Last Home.
Raistlin lifts his hourglass gaze to the occupants of the tavern, Flint, Taz and a Knight of Takhisis. With a sardonic smile, he makes his way to a table, one right beside the fire.
Sitting down, Raistlin is seized by a coughing fit that leaves him gasping for breath. "Tika... hot water for my tea.."
Tika rushed over with a bowl of steaming hot water in which Raistlin dumps the content of one of his pouches. He swallows the bitter concoction. The fit leaves him, weak and broken.
Breathing heavily, Raistlin gazes at the fire and whispers "So nephew.. to what purpose did the Queen send u here for?"

"I don't steal!!...." shouted the defencive routine in the background by the hurt kender to his friend. Few occupants payed any attention to him though, as thair concentration was drawn to the archmage and knight. Something drastic was going to happen. Something drastic indeed.

Tika stared at the knight as she poured steaming water for the mage. Distractedly, she slopped some of the water over the edge of the cup, earning an irritated look from the mage's eyes. She shivered: she could never adjust to Raistlin's eerie eyes.

Moving closer to hear better, she pretended to clean up the tables nearby.

Flint watched Steele as he walked over to where Raistlin sat and knelt down, looking at his face - a strange look on his face.
"The Queen sent me a message to find my uncle but you are not my uncle - you are a weakling compared to my uncle, he is the strongest of all mages. Everyone is scared of him in fear that he will show up and destroy them. I have heard stories of how powerful he is and there is no way that you are that powerful. You are not Raistlin Majere, you are an imposter - someone that I will kill right here and now."
Flint pulled his ax from the loop on his belt and began to walk forward but Raistlin just lifted one hand and looked at the young knight of Takhisis in amusement.
"My dear, foolish nephew. I hope that I don't have to destroy you right now," Raistlin said before a fit of coughing stopped him from talking.
Steele began to start laughing as he got to his feet, "You; destroy me-"
He stopped laughing when he saw the look on his uncle's face.

Tas allways got an "eery" feeling when raistlin gave his cynical glare. He had a way of making a gaze so intimidation, yet so soft, that it made the greatest of wariors shivver and doupt. He was geting a little cynical pleasure himself watching Steel squirm under his armor.
