I'm not really a baseball fan, more of a hockey guy myself. But I found what the Mets did last night during their game very touching and heartwarming.
For those that don't know the Mets shunned their team baseball caps last night in favor of caps from the NYPD, the NYFD and various engine, ladder, and rescue companies.
Not sure why I found this touching but I did. To every Peace Officer, Firefighter and EMT, Thank You.
