Stop wasting time bashing him.

He is the President, get over it. Sure his administration has made mistakes, as have all administrations. The thing that I've noticed that's different is that he's targeted personally. The fact of the matter is that America can't get past its racist ways...

You would think that people who want to own so many guns would want to seem like good, patriotic law-abiding citizens instead of rabid, unstable lynch-happy lunatics.

where were you with your honorable defense of the office of the presidency when bush was being called horrible names on the gb and in the press every single day?

the vast majority of criticism isn't about his race, so there's no need to continue belly-aching about that.

all presidential criticisms boil down to the following:
1. he's a liar / not trustworthy / duplicitous
2. he's an idiot
3. his policies suck

First of all, I was not a member of the GB when bush was in office.

Now to your three points. I agree, the vast majority of politicians are liars. An idiot, I think not. Remember, Mr. Obama won the Nobel Peace prize among his many other accomplishments. Now as far as his policies, they have the appearance of catering toward middle America, which is his electorate and is smart unlike the re pubs...

BO's nobel peace prize had absolutely nothing to do with intelligence, nor did it have anything to do with his ability to cultivate peace.

his policies have been a mixed bag of misses, near-misses, semi-successes and controversy. their appearance and their ultimate effect are debatable, now and for years to come. but you accidentally touch on an important point... democrats high value placed on appearance over substance.

How would you classify the killing of Osama Bin Laden?

The fact of the matter is you're a fucking idiot.

True, u agree Democrats do dwell on appearances which is smart in politics. At least act like you care. Repubs have moved so far to the right that they don't even attempt to care about the average guy. There strategy is just plain stupid. Alienate everybody except white men 60 and over and shrink the electorate...

How would you classify the killing of Osama Bin Laden?

Exactly, if a white President would have presided over this it would have gone down as the greatest accomplishment in the history of the country but since it was on Mr. Obama's watch its barely a footnote...

Oh, yes, you do.

dude do you pay for your internet use by the word?

just write out what you mean, i don't have time to go back and back and back to re-read your posts to decipher your meaning

was that his policy? seems to me that was a standing order that he inherited.

Think Again!
The 9 Worst Lies Right-Wingers Tell About the Bin Laden Raid

Lie #5
Claiming Bush, not Obama, did all the work to get bin Laden. Ex-CIA officer Jose Rodriguez, who's hawking a new book about how awesomely the agency performed after 9/11, says getting bin Laden was always a Bush priority and the current administration "built on work pain*stakingly pursued for many years before Obama was elected." Getting bin Laden was so important to the Bush administration that when the trail went cold in 2006, they shut down Alec Station, the CIA's special bin Laden task force. Bush also downplayed bin Laden as "a person who's been marginalized...I really just don't spend that much time on him."

Obama, by contrast, said in 2008 that he'd go into Pakistan to find bin Laden. "I think that if we have Osama bin Laden in our sights, and we've exhausted all other options, we should take him out before he plans to kill another 3,000 Americans," he said. "I think that's common sense."

dude, please.
i honestly don't characterize this as a credible source, nor is campaign rhetoric from BO.

if the cia stopped looking for him in 2006 then there should be other sources to cite, yeah?

Anytime someone on here is unable to debate the facts intelligently they always revert to the above comments. That's one of the main reasons I post so sparingly. Time is too important to waste...

aaaand this is what makes you a hypocrite. the only one continually referring to race is you, instead of sticking to the salient points.
