I realise this isn't going to change.
But after 22 years in here without so much as a raised word against me (Numberless, 02, 03 and 04 as I lost previous login details) it would be useful to know the official reason I was banned from chat last night, and whether this is a permanent ban. I appreciate my humour might not cross oceans, but it does feel like a rather harsh response to what was at worst a tired misjudgement.
PS. I've already contacted 2 mods about this and have yet to get a response. That's not a criticism. Mods do a sterling and thankless job. It's pre-empting the "Contact a Mod" response.
