So, this means that bans on White American Studies would also be racially discriminatory and illegal.

Time to get ethnic studies programs up and running for EVERYONE, not just some!

Why do we need them? A few courses, okay, but why a major in ES? It sounds like a waste of time and resources to me.

That would be a hands-on how-to module in the ES course, with sub-units in capturing and recapturing, breeding, breaking, managing, buying and selling, raping, and whipping slaves. Extra credit for enslaving and selling your own biological children.
