It was taken over by the management team and the name was changed to CBT Bank.

The three leading women (ala 'she spies') are charged with managing the company organization day picnic.

And they have to bargain with whatever they have on hand. Say they have to get something from one of the cleaning ladies (since they're generally not even invited to corporate stuff like this) and the ladies will only give it up for an article of clothing.
