This is for those of us who do not have Christmas plans or just feel Bah Humbugy. Make some new friends and keep each other company. Booze and food is welcome and encouraged!

Jesus seems to be quite fine with my anti Christmas vibes this year. Ive been a decent Catholic girl. Im always nice to people. I work hard and i do what i can to help others even when broke and feeling like crap.

Christmas turns me off because i no longer have any real reaso. To celebrate it as my family is far away and my ex husband doesn't let me see my kids so why bother ?

This thread isn't for a philosophical discussion... it is a place for those of us who do not like Christmas (for whatever reason), do not celebrate Christmas, or just want to hang out and meet some new people.

We don't go into any of your threads spouting random thoughts that Jesus may or may not have. Nor do we go into a thread trying to convert people into disliking Christmas. Maybe once i have a reason to celebrate Christmas in the current money grubbing commercial day it has become i will. But until then ill celebrate it in my own day of working my ass off to put a roof over my head and to be able to provide a life decent enough for myself to continue being a semi usefull contributing member of society and to hopefully at the whims of my ex husband,to be part of my kids lives again.

So kinda go back to your hippie tree hugging/god is awesome place on lit and kindly don't let the door hit you in the arse on the way out.
