Had one today.


I might be losing my job. I am so sad about the whole thing.


I might be getting sued.


Fuck.

The Dr put me on Saraquel for anxiety. I'm having trouble waking up at 5 am. I have missed a couple days of work and was 20 minutes late today. I have just been having a difficult period of time lately. Just as I pulled in my client's driveway today to take care of him, I got a text from his mother telling me to go home.

I don't know, maybe it's time. I have been with this client for 3 1/2 years. Maybe it is time for a change.

I might. I have a bill collector threatening to sue me. I cannot afford their payments to clear my debt. Their payments are high. Perhaps I am better off going before a judge, maybe he would make them lower their payment offer.


I dont know, I have never been in this situation before. I am clueless.

Thankfully, it has nothing to do with my job. Just a really aggressive bill collector.

Don't ignore them. There are lawyers who make their living buying old debts and suing people, counting on them not fighting and getting judgements so they can go after your bank account and paychecks.

That's exactly what they did, buy up a couple of my debts.
 
What a fucked day. How's your anxiety? Breathing slowly through your nose, with your tongue on the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth can really help that.
I hope you find a new job soon, and that you can sort out something with your debtors.
 
Make an appointment with a Consumer Credit Counseling Service.
They are non profits and they can negotiate payments and interest.

Avoid any for profits or law firms.
