okay, sure I remember a few bad boys from high school but now that I'm in the corp world....what is a bad boy? has anyone enjoyed or knows a professional bad boy?

I'm pretty sure the allure of a bad boy stays with ladies that are into them as they enter womanhood and get out there into the professional world; however, is there such a thing as a "professional bad boy"? Or, in the corporate world...is there a bad boy?

I don't want to stereotype, but maybe a professional businesswoman falls for the auto mechanic or other greasemonkey (like fixin' cars is his hobby), biker, or something that may fit the song Uptown Girl?

In the corp world, sure there are bad boys. He could be the big boss wearing the fancy suits, has the sexy admin assistant that he sleeps with when he wants, has the trophy wife and pressures the women in the company into giving it up at work parties or when staying late. He is a good looking guy who oozes arrogance and feels entitled to everything and everyone. If he doesn't get what he wants he will fire you and ruin you so you can't get a job in that field because of his connections.

Historically there is the concept of the rake, a bad boy who dresses stylishly, shows of his wealth, charms all women and sleeps with half of them, probably gambles, drinks, and enjoys adventuresome hobbies like hunting, racing, and traveling to exotic locales. Sometimes he has a secret side of being a spy or just knowing how to fight dirty. A corporate bad boy is a modernization of this - he gets a silk tie instead of a velvet jacket, a sports car instead of a big black horse, he might play highly-competitive racquetball instead of hunting foxes, bot the rest is pretty much the same.
