yeah, I know schools start at different times, but the day after Labour Day still represents new beginnings to me. And lots of potential Lit plots:

~ the new teaching grad, nervous in the staff room, taken advantage of...
~ moving into dorm, getting hot and sweaty, stripping off surplus clothing...
~ the former student returns to her HS as a teacher, finally equal to the teacher (of which gender?) she adored
~ a trust game in the first drama class leads to groping, leads to an orgy
~ good old fashioned drinking games among the orientation group.

drama class, guess you mean the kids are in college?

study groups set randomly by prof could set up some interesting mix and match...

Well, high school does have Drama classes and clubs as well. So, if those seniors are eighteen they can have at it.

I like the student returning as a teacher and hooking up with the teacher she adored and for him it's a great opportunity to touch the forbidden fruit he couldn't have before.
