I wish you good luck in finding a partner to play this story with.
I've entertained babysitter/nanny fantasies from time to time. It's the difference in experience (and maturity) that makes them interesting to me. I'm offering a few suggestions. Take as much from them as you want or nothing.
I like the lead up of catching peeks up her skirt and down her blouse, etc. But the hide-the-quarter game is, well, junior highish, to me, and an awkward plot line. Perhaps he sneaks some up skirt pictures and she busts him and explains how wrong it is and how much trouble he could get in. Then she offers to help him "get over his curiosity" by showing him what he wants to see. Of course it's only fair if he shows himself, too. There are lots of things that can happen once they are naked.
Or perhaps the are making something in the blender and screw up and it sprays all over them. Maybe one of them screws it up on purpose. They have to take showers to clean up and one of them suggests showering together…
There are lots of possibilities that don't rely on party games.

Maybe want to change it from your babysitter to your siblings babysitter... The post kinda comes off with the his character being under age... The photo makes him look young too, and that could be braking the rules of the site.

That's why most babysitter theme porn videos have the sitter and the husband having sex. A few have the (grown up) girl or boy hooking up only after seeing the babysitter years later.
