I think it was a "miserable husband falls for babysitter/nanny" story.
Pieces I remember:
The babysitter brings her much younger brother/sister with her in the morning to where she babysits. Her little bro/sis is the same age as the kids she is being paid to watch. I believe the father works from home but needs someone who can watch the kids while he works/writes upstairs. I think the estranged wife comes home for some reason and realizes her soon-to-be ex-husband is clearly having relations with the babysitter and calls the soon-to-be ex-husband out about it. I can't remember if the babysitter has BIG tits, but I think so.
It's not Rachel the Babysitter or the story that inspired it.
I want to say that the older husband does/says something which drives the sitter away - he almost loses her forever.
I don't know if this last tidbit is from the story I'm searching for or a different story altogether, but... The guy drives over to the Young girls house late at night and talks to the broken-hearted Young love interest through her bedroom window. She eventually lets him climb into her bedroom but is worried her mother might hear them and she's pissed at the guy for breaking her Young daughters heart.
